Ashley has been a Registered Early Childhood Educator consultant in Ontario, Canada for quite some time now. She is also a Director of an Academy and has her own childcare centre. She has a ton of knowledge and skills pertaining to the ECE field and aims to inspire others who want to join the field, whether it be from a career or business perspective.
She has a strong understanding of current theories (including ELECT and emergent curriculum), government legislation (Child Care and Early Years Act, Public Health, Assessment for Quality Improvement, etc.) and best-practices in the ECE community.
She also has a solid management experience in a child care setting working with a variety of age groups. Ashley loves interacting with parents and children and has always been an advocate for children's rights and welfare.

Megg is a certified behavioral consultant and a certified life coach that works with children, adults, and families. She taught kindergarten for 10 years before consulting. She also does professional development workshops for teachers in almost all areas of early childhood education.
She uses love-based strategies in her work with children. She does not entertain sticker charts, ignoring behavior, time outs, clip systems, token boards, or any other shaming behavior management system.
